This policy describes how A to Z Tech Innovations, LLC, operating as HolyCity Analytics ("we," "us"), handles information collected through this website and in the course of providing services to clients. We don't collect more than we need, and we don't do anything with your information that you wouldn't expect.
What we collect
When you contact us through the website, we collect what you submit — typically your name, email address, and the contents of your message. We don't require anything beyond what's necessary to respond to your inquiry.
We may collect basic site analytics: page views, session duration, referral sources, and general location (country/region level). This data is not tied to any individual and contains no personally identifying information.
How we use it
Contact information is used to respond to your inquiry. If you become a client, it's used to manage your engagement — scheduling, communication, project documentation. We don't add you to any marketing lists or contact you for purposes unrelated to the conversation you initiated.
Site analytics help us understand what content is useful, identify technical issues, and improve the site. Nothing more.
Third parties
We use Google Workspace for email and standard document tools for project work. We don't sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes — not to data brokers, not to ad networks, not to anyone.
If we use analytics tooling, we prefer privacy-respecting options that don't fingerprint users or track behavior across sites.
Client project data
Any data shared with us for project work is handled under the terms of our services agreement, which includes a mutual NDA. Project data is stored in isolated environments, accessed only by team members working on your project, and deleted at project close unless we're retained to maintain ongoing systems.
Cookies
This site uses minimal cookies — primarily session cookies required for basic functionality. We don't use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies. See our Cookie Policy for details.
Data retention
Contact inquiries are kept for up to two years in case you follow up. Client engagement records are kept for the duration of the engagement and deleted within 90 days of project close, unless we're retained for ongoing work.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you at any time. Email [email protected] with your request and we'll respond within five business days.
Updates to this policy
We'll update this policy as our practices change. The effective date at the top reflects the most recent revision. We won't make material changes without posting them here.
